In the process Thermoforming oil, plastic and mould will be heated up to 150°C. A soft lint-free fabric, (eg. fako-special fabric), will be applied wrinkle-free to the positive mould and soaked with heated deformation Oil 93892. fako-special fabric will prevent run-off of the forming oil and absorbe dust. This creates a visually flawless surface. Container size drums of 30 kg.
