SeaPan WP 30/60 is an incombustible double core composite sandwich panel made of non-combustible environmentally friendly materials based on basalt fiber and ceramic matrix featuring the following:
Low specific gravity
Noninflammability and non-combustibility
No smoke or fuses in a fire
High temperature resistance
Low thermal conductivity
High noise-insulating properties
Immunity to vibration
Handling with conventional cutting tools
SeaPan WP 30/60 offers a completely new optimal solution to production of cabin walls and bulkheads in shipbuilding, as well as to its application on land, e.g in the building sector and architecture as well as for many other constructions such as office, technical or residential containers.
The use of light-weight composite materials with only approx. 12,4 kg/m2 for a wall panel or a fire-resistant bulkhead of A60 fire class, makes it possible to considerably reduce the total weight of a finished construction.
The panel can be delivered ready for installation and requires no further processing. The tongue-and-groove connection system we use significantly reduces the time spent on installation. Good mechanical properties of the panel, besides, allow to apply in work with it screw and dowel-screw variants of fastening both at reception flat, and angular connections.
Thanks to its antiseptic properties, SeaPan panels prevent the formation of mold and fungi.
